The process starts with a 30-minute virtual consultation. Please provide 2-3 specific times/timeframes that are good for a call, and I'll confirm with you. Evenings and weekends are okay.

Decluttering
My process is built on a foundation of decluttering first. To work with me, you need to be committed to making "stay-go" decisions, which I will support you to do.

Pricing

The base rate is $106.00/hour. Most people require a minimum of 9-12 hours of services (split over 2-4 sessions). We'll determine your needs during the consultation. Discounted pricing is available for prepaid bundles of sessions of three or more.
Consultation
*
Prior to beginning work with me, I provide a complimentary (free), virtual consultation lasting up to 30 minutes. If you have an iPhone, we can connect via Facetime. Otherwise, I will send you a Zoom appointment.
Service Hours
*
Services are available weekdays during regular business hours.
Time of Day Preference

I have morning (9 am -12 pm) and afternoon (1-5 pm) sessions.
Service Area

My service area is the city of Chicago north of Cermak (2200 S) and south of Peterson (6000 N). I also serve Oak Park, IL and River Forest, IL.

Payment Policies

Payment for individual sessions and packages are due up front to hold time on my calendar. Pre-paid sessions may be rescheduled but are nonrefundable.
