You help clients declutter, make decisions, create systems, and bring order to their homes. The work is valuable, and often transformative.

But as many organizers know, a well-designed system doesn't automatically survive the realities of everyday life.

The habits, routines, follow-through, and support needed to maintain that system don't always develop on their own. Clients may understand what to do and still struggle to do it consistently.

That's where I come in.

I'm Amy, a Certified Professional Organizer® and coach. My work focuses on understanding what gets in the way of maintaining systems and helping clients build habits, routines, structure, and support that make organizing efforts more sustainable over time.

I no longer take on hands-on organizing projects, which means our services complement one another rather than compete. Through virtual coaching and consulting, I help clients develop the self-awareness and practical understanding needed to make lasting change. Many will continue to benefit from your hands-on support, but they'll often show up with greater insight into what helps, what gets in the way, and what allows progress to continue.

How to partner with me

The referral model is simple.

When you have a client, past or present, who seems to need more than hands-on organizing support, let them know about my virtual coaching and consulting services. My work is designed to complement what you do, not replace it.

Many clients benefit from both approaches. You help create order and build systems. I help clients understand what's getting in the way of maintaining them and develop the habits, routines, structure, and support needed to make those systems last.

For every client you refer who enrolls in Unlocking Home, I'll send you $130 once their payment clears.

Likewise, when my clients need hands-on organizing support, you'll already be part of my preferred referral network.
